Hi Choy Leng,

Is Jack a toy or miniature poodle? The one advertised by Fairyland are all toy poodles. But Jack has got an unusual pair of long legs that resemble a miniature poodle. Difficult to sell at the stipulated price as it doesn't have the nice features of short leg & muzzle toy poodle. These are features you need to look at before buying a toy poodle. No offence please! But better to keep him than to sell him off. Afterall there is already an emotional attachment in the last few months with him.

Jack's height is within the toy poodle standards set by AKC. I won't measure him by $, if a person loves him, will pay any price for him. If I don't want to sell him, no one can take away him no matter how much $ offer.

Why you want to sell out the poodle ?

Choy Leong,

As per AKC, toy sized poodle must be more than 10 inch in height. How tall is your poodle?

Anyway how can person love your dog when it's not appealing with that kinda height per your photos? Appeal will be measured obviously by RM. But if you sincerely wanna sell Jack, you shouldn't be putting at that price.

Whatever it is, I think you're not selling Jack. Just convert the status to be owner's pet then. Don't see any reason why you wanna sell. You've already gotten use to Jack & spent a lot on him. So case close now.

10 promises to my dog

1. Give me time to understand what you want of me.

2. Place your trust in me. It's crucial to my well-being.

3. Be aware that however you treat me I'll never forget it.

4. Before you scold me for being lazy, ask yourself if something might be bothering me.

5. Talk to me sometimes. Even if I don't understand your words, I do understand your voice when it's speaking to me.

6. Remember before you hit me, I have teeth that could hurt you, but that I choose not to hurt you.

7. Take care of me when I get old.

8. You have your work, your entertainment, and your friends. I have only you.

9. My life is likely to last 10 to 15 years. Any separation from you will be painful for me.

10.Go with me on difficult journeys. Everything is easier for me if you are there. Remember I love you...

Hi Paul,I bought Jack since I jobless in May09 and still jobless till now. So I am with Jack most of the time. I do leave him alone at home sometimes for half a day, he is okay, not destroyed my house. He had trained to go toilet by himself (thx to yr email couple mths ago), I leave him walk freely inside the apartment but close the doors of three bedrooms. He sometimes will to balcony having a fresh breath and seeing people playing golf.(my unit facing Berjaya golf)I never leave him alone for whole day, so I still worry if I get back to work, can he adapts to it!?

Irene, I am really not suitable to be his owner though i love him very much. I can't forever working as a freelancer like now so that I hv time to accompany him. I pity him alone at home when I am out. For long term consideration, I prefer he grows up in a happy family house instead of living with a single woman like me.

eventhough if u give him away, wat guarantee will there be that the new owner can spend time with him the whole day?

just make a little more effort to spend time with him when u r back from work. besides, u'll hav lots of time with him on weekends.

i feel it's best that u keep him. i'm sure jack prefers it if u dont put him up for adoption.
