missing   Apr 7th 2009 at 5:35PM puan noreen is mean and didn't keep her words about either one of what we requested.. we will pay her a surprise visit someday, to see what happen to those kittens.. i am so disappointed with puan noreen.. looks like a nice person but unfortunately...hmmm..

missing   Apr 7th 2009 at 7:36PM at first she said the kitten will be free in her house, then i was told she keep them in cage for a week tak bagi kelua to let those kittens know it is their house, tu je dah make me so angry, but nevermindlah, then she said will upload picture, since then i ask her one time every week, no reply nothing! takan la sebok sangat sampai offline msg pon tokleh reply kan? sebelom amek dorang kucing tu pandai pulak nak tanye everyday, siap text and call.. sekarang senyap je! last i heard from my neighbor yang jumpe die that day, die sms cakap tam tam ngan itambelina bawak lari anak anak ke rumah jiran, pastu die gi amek balik.. mesti tam tam ngan itambelina tak suke dok umah die.. hiiiish, geram betol la ngan penipu ni sume.. cakap baik macam ikhlas, tapi hampeh.. puan noreen, if you are reading this, ketahuilah, kitorang menyesal la percayakan puan noreen!

Vee20   Apr 8th 2009 at 4:16PM Missing, I can't relate to your situation more! I was cheated the same exact way. A lady promised to have 2 kittens she adopted from me (both females) spayed at the right age, give them all veterinary necessities, keep them indoors etc. But after barely 2 weeks, she sent them off with her 6 year old niece (who found the kittens cute) all the way to some kampung in Kuala Selangor. Initially I didn't mind, but it pissed me off big time when she wouldn't let me contact the new owners! She wouldn't give me their number, no updates, direct me to where they live... she doesn't even pick my calls or msgs anymore. Fake promises! I can only hope the kitts are well... living an outdoor life like that, no vets, giving birth, adding to the stray population, no medical attention... This is why I'm super strict now with any pets I give up for adoption. Plus, charging money doesn't hurt, cause some ppl will go for anything if it's free. I will surely never make the same mistakes again, i really do feel for you, hope you can come up with some kind of solution with this lady. The kittens are not lost to you, unlike mine, you can still take action...

lynielime   Apr 8th 2009 at 4:54PM oh no!! that sucks!!! i hope they're all ok. the same thing happened to me!! a lady adopted my mr fluffers and cocochino. she sent me a few photos through mms the first couple of nights and then she disappeared!!! her phone number has been disconnected and she doesn't reply any emails. good thing i vaccinated and neutered those two before she got them. she seemed so nice, i trusted her! what a mistake!!

missing   Apr 12th 2009 at 12:33PM vee, im so sorry to know that you have been through worst with adopters, i don't know what kinda solution to take except to pray to god to give me some peace of mind about this matter.. i really love those cats and kittens, if only my neighbors dont mind me keeping them, i would.. but there are so many macik kepoh and suke ngumpat, and they dont like cats, so i have to give them away, little that i know, its gonna be like this.. as i already pour my heart here, let other foster owner get some lesson, never to trust adopters 100%, you never know their act after they take your pets.. shouldn't give any living thing for free! they take it for granted, they dont care! lynie, i feel for you, before they take our foster pets, they promise this and that, agree to everything, when they take it already, they just gone! what can we do? we should learn from our mistake and make it harder for adopters so that they appreciate the pet more.. miera, who are you referring to with the statement 'dasyatnye derang ni'?

bubushelter   Apr 12th 2009 at 1:57PM hi missing.. i have the same experience too. learnt from it n now all cat, kittens have adoption fees. coz benda free people don't appreciate. main pakai buang aja. maybe u can make agreement form or something, atleast ada black n white, so if anything boleh refer to court. (my kawan budak law ajar..kekeke). You can find some sample di internet.I do have some adopter cakap "knapa kena isi agreement form lah, adoption fees lah, amik macam tu jer tak leh ker?".. =_=! hu.. sometimes we think its so leceh, tapi by hook or by crook, we're responsible to make sure pets goes to the right person. Ever since the bad experience,I salu takut if I silap choose adopter; they suffer, then dorang cam tak happy and nak balik to my place, then ended up lost somewhere, scared, lonely lapar.. aaa.. sorry for my excessive imagination.. i'm glad to meet kind people like you and all you guys , saving animals.

missing   Apr 12th 2009 at 2:57PM itulah bubu, this is my learning experience, i have to find that form and charge starting from now on, if i put kitties or other pet for adoption, sure will charge some fees, so that they know its not like easy come easy go, and buat suka hati je nak bela ke nak lepas, bia je dorang lapa, sejuk sume, mane dorang nak carik kite kan, kalau dorang reti balik tu lain lah ceta, kalau tanak sangat pon, silelah bagi balik, kesian dorang kan.. hmmm..

"Dua-tiga ekor dah mati"...she makes it sound as though she lost a couple of store goods or something, so much disregard for life...ugh... It's IMPOSSIBLE that the kitts could have contracted viruses from her children (if they were ever sick in the first place). Human viruses don't affect cats...and the kitts were with their mothers the whole time, immunity at their age wouldn't have been a issue...it's nothing the vet couldn't have solved either (if she had indeed brought the kitts to see them). The poor darlings, I can't imagine how you must be feeling right now... These are just one of those lessons that are meant to be learnt in life dear...all fosterers like us can do is be more careful from now on. And yes, charge those that show interest from now on, and if they pop unecessary questions, you'll know they're not true to their interest... Money shouldn't be an issue when you're adopting a pet...it exactly like adding another member to the family, it's a big responsibility. Amen to you for all you're doing, you have a good heart, be strong and keep doing what you do...

macgyverjune   Apr 13th 2009 at 1:21AM In my opinion,better neuter your cats before sending them for adoption.I did that all the time. At least you will have peace of mind knowing the cat will not multiply.

missing   Apr 14th 2009 at 7:01AM yes vee, as cold as that, 'mati' she said, im so pissed.. furious! i feel like going to her house right then and take them all(the remaining) back with me, i really hate the way she carelessly say those things, not at all considering my feelings or reaction towards it, she think, she took those 9 cats is a favor ke? shame on you pn noreen, shame! i can let them live on my doorstep and lead better life then in your big virus infested house.. i hate what you did, why you take them if you dont wanna care for them? i can think of thousand things to say to that mean lady, but whats the point, some passed away already, dont know the exact number, is it 2, or 3, or 4 or all? you are mean puan noreen.. so mean.. as if i can believe what she said, as if la cats can get virus demam from human.. as if la you fake woman you...you..! tipu banyak, janji palsu.. muke cam baik.. hati busuk.. benci benci benci.. june, its not that i dont wanna neuter them before giving away, its just that she want to take them so early, tak sabar sabar macam sakan sangat nak jaga, kononnye kucing die baru meninggal, cage kosong, sedih la apa la, so selfish sampai tak boleh tunggu habes nyusu budak budak tu, nak sangat sangat segera. so she promise to neuter them lepas habes nyusu la, kesian betina, neuter kan operation major.. so.. my mistake la.. she dont deserve them.. 7 kittens.. 2 cats.. dont know whats happening.. im so sad, and angry, feel like punishing myself, bodo sangat pi bagi saja.. ish, bodo la bodo bodo bodo sangat.. ish.. menyesal sangat.. nanges pon not helping.. :(

nazlin6381   Jun 5th 2009 at 4:26AM Missing,bila baca apa yg u wrote i jadi marah n geram sungguh... macamana dia bole main agak2 je brapa ekor anak kucing tu mati... bukan u bg adopt 70 ekor anak kucing just 7 ekor kitten je + 2 adult cat = 9 ekor je... klu tak nak jaga bagila balik kt owner... ramai lagi yg bole jaga...

missing   Jun 6th 2009 at 8:03AM nazlin6381, i did ask her to return those cats if she dont want to jaga, the remaining la, banyak dah meninggal kan, tapi nak buat macam mana, we contact her, tapi tak ada respond.. we have her address, one of these days, we will pay her a visit to take back our cage she borrow, cause time dia nak amek tu dia bawak carrier untuk baby kucing kot punyelah kecik, tak muat, so we wanna take it back, ingatkan kalau baik tu, tak kesah lah nak bagi teros..

missing   Jun 22nd 2009 at 7:42PM its not the same dongdong.. the adopter did not mention anything after taking them, and suddenly a month later i got the news.. as for crackers, she went missing, but these kitties, its a different story altogether.. thanks for your comment anyway..
