ONLY FOR KLANG VALLEY.

Dobby needs to look for a new home as his elderly caretaker can't care of him anymore.
DOB: 2 Oct 2009

About Dobby:
He doesn't get along with big male dogs but ok with others. Good with people, knows how to sit and shake hands. Loves car rides, will jump in to the car and sit quietly to enjoy the scenery. Loves to play fetch in the garden and enjoys long walks. He sheds due to the heat and will need daily brushing. He is NOT a watchdog as he doesn't bark at strangers. No tying up or caging.

Requirements:
Preferably a family who can keep him indoors. Must take him for daily walks. Has a yard for him to exercise in. Keep him indoors on hot days and at night.
It will be good if you have a dog as a companion for him, but he is also ok as a single dog.

If interested, call or sms: introduce yourself, where you stay and if you have any dogs.

FYI: adopter will have to pay his neutering and medical fee as well as food cost at foster home.

Adopted Sept 1, 2012 by Toni and Mark.

Main requirement is to keep away breeders like simonappy, who is selling newnborn pups. King David, it's all stated in the profile. If you had called and got rejected, it just means you are unsuitable.

@King David. People can make mistake sometimes. I understand if she is stress and may seems demanding but is quite understandable when there is people out there who acts that they are good and all but after getting the dog, they show their true colors.

This husky is already castrated, so that requirement is no longer valid. Already stated that i want to find a family who can keep him indoor and has a yard for him to run in, best if there is another dog as a companion but not a big male dog. So King David: please dont waste my time anymore.

King David, please stop your harassment of Eileen. You are not a suitable adopter of this dog. Please move on. Your statements make zero sense and are a waste of time.

Kyoztan, you don't appear to be a serious adopter. You've been writing 'still available' since at least June. Rescuers have tried to contact you yet you still continue to waste their time. Either adopt or move on.

Eileen, keep up the great job you do. Wish there were more of you. Best wishes!

A true dog lover would not mind getting rejected if they really have the dog's best interest at heart. I have been rejected before, but totally understand. My circumstances may not be ideal vis-a-vis the characteristics & needs of the dog/breed. Eileen, u are just doing what u need & should do, and that is to find the best possible home for the dog. Shame on king david!

Leona please shut up if u do not know the real stories.stop being busy body here, u have spoiled the rescuer image and who r u to give advice?

kcc ur intention is to pls eileen so that she let u adopt the dog u requested?shame on u.
CanuckinKL i remember i didnt speak to u.

Eileen u r such lier not to me but also other future adopters, ur sms is husky must be spayed as a condition and u recently only updated the changes. shame on u. U r acting gd to the animals but bad feelings toward humans.

for those claiming being rescuer is stressful pls think twice, the stress come from your own funny statements, judgement and emotional feelings.

Eileen08,
i was just agreed with what kingDavid said.Bcos people don't mind to get reject but people hate to get reject without any reason sometime or maybe u can stated more clearly condition for adoption (sorry if am wrong)and i didnt mean i want to adopt your husky
What make u think that i want to adopt your Husky?
i already hv 2 husky in my house and i not interesting with yours
Am a serious dogs lover in willing to spend $$$ to buy and not to get adoption from other people, and beside this is there any problem with breeder?
breeder cant be a dog lover rite?
just wanna to let u know about this,i got my own male and female schnauzer With MKA to breed(accidentally)and i followed 100% MKA Rules and Regulation to apply the MKA cert and Micro Chip to prove the people my puppies are pure breed this is the basic way to make people happy with their puppy rite?
your stated
(KEEP AWAY BREEDERS LIKE SIMONAPPY)its really mean to me,cos u sound like making people think that am a dog killer, hehe

Pleas don't simply spoil my reputation here-(if u thinking to do that)

i think its best to stop this argument here and stop blaming each other...watever it is the she has the rights to decide to whom she wants.she is taking care of the dog.its her rights..
..no heart feelings...

Admittedly, i am nosing around here simply because i cant stand injustice. But anyhow, thanks for doing such a great job as a rescuer, Eileen. Not many ppl can bring themselves to devote such time & energy to find suitable homes for these dogs. So keep up the good work & hopefully Dobby would find a fitting home :)

eileen,i respect u as dog rescuer, but pls stop treating human like an animal and animal like a human? addressing ppl as idiot is what u learn from life? Thanks simonapy for your understanding, she has mis quoted her requirement and i reminded her to change but end up some ppl join in looking for justice, justice should be seek at court. If justice is seek by attacking ppl without base LEONA has done the right job like criminals.

Dear all,

I have been following this for a while & would like to just give my point of view. Please bear in mind that this is just my point of view & i have no intention of taking sides as i personally dont know all of you. I find that both parties have their reasons but at the end of the day there will not be a winner in this debate and the biggest loser will be the dog. I have tried to adopt this particular husky & a beagle. I was too late for the beagle & i presumed i was rejected for Dobby also. So what? No big deal. Been advise by other members from here to get a mix breed therefore i will be going to Kajang to pick up a mix breed puppy that was rescued by wife's friend. I dont know whether she is a verified rescuer or not but she has a heart of gold becos when she saw those puppies being abandon in the wet market she immediately took them home to clean & feed them. I take my hats off to her and decided immediately that I will adopt 1 from her. Told myself that at least I helped 1 puppy out of the 5 and hundreds in PetFinder. I may not be as noble as all the rescuers in here but i think i played a tiny part as an adopter.

So to King David, its not your lost that you did not get to adopt a particular dog, its just the dog lost & to Eileen, God bless your soul for all you have done but my advise to you is that do try to tone down a little bit. Its not a very nice thing calling others names.

Best Regards
Andy

Andy, Best wishes with the future new addition to your family.

It's less about being "noble" and more about seeing a problem (the large number of homeless animals, high euthanasia rates) and solving that problem (adopting from a shelter/rescuer, spay/neuter).

I congratulate you on helping to solve that problem. You may think your actions are small but any action like yours, moves problem solving in the right direction. Your new dog will be very lucky indeed!

Eileen, you are supported in the PetFinder community. Keep up the good work!
