UPDATE: She has found a loving home with a new adopter, who has another adopted cat just 2 weeks older than this kitty!

My boyfriend found her at one of those car dealer lot near the big Batu Caves MRR2. Alone, unfed, ignored and was resting under a tyre. He asked for info about possible family members, nothing came up. So, he took her home. Bathe her. Previously beige in dust and mud, now she is a silver-blue kitty with beautiful grey eyes!

+ Brought her to the vet today, dewormed, earmites treated, ears cleaned, Frontline treatment and topical cream for her minor fungus infection.Otherwise, she is perfectly healthy.

+ Curious and playful
+Extremely 'manja' (She really does curl and sleep around your neck!)
+ Very young, 5 weeks or less. So, if you are going to adopt her, please bear in mind she might need extra observation. She's only 300g! And she has a little of Russian Blue features.

Actually poppymus, if fateehalee really wanted that kitten she must have called u.. That'll show how serious she wanted to take care of the kitten instead of just giving u her number and asking you to contact her. Thats not how it works.

Misspatty,Mariabenson n amirsarif.. i think uolls juz missunderstood..my 1st comment here is at 12:13am and i think it's too rude to call or sms people at this time..bc0z of how serious i am, i juz post the comment of my phone no so in case poppymus is not sleeping, she can text me (so she knows that im the 1st who interested to this kitty. plus, i contact her early in the morning the day after post the 1st comment.. so i think it's not right to give that comment if uolls dun know the real story is.. btw, tq for that advice.. =)

C'mon guys, I dont see why you guys should be saying things about who wanted the kitty more and how much she wanted her.. Fateeha meant well not to call at night, although I wasn't asleep yet,and I did receive calls at such hour! But, I guess it's not her luck to get kitty..Plus, "first come first serve" isnt always the thing, I did some interview to make sure the people who are interested in kitty can give her a good care and have experiences with young kitten and what kind of food they would normally give, etc. It's my first time putting up a stray cat for adoption, so im very crucial on deciding to whom I should hand her over. I i wish to keep her but my dad will be furious since I already have two.

There are so many would-be adopters who ask rescuers to contact them rather than taking the initiative. I'm sure that trend is what misspatty, mariabenson and amirsarif are responding to. I appreciate FateehaLee's wish not to disturb at a late hour, and she did follow up with a call which indicates sincere interest. Many other people, however, never call or email -- they expect the rescuer to make that effort. That should set off alarms for any rescuer. How serious can an adopter be if he or she won't spend the time or money to make the initial contact?

P.S. FateehaLee, I hope you and another kitten find each other soon. :-)

ManekiNeko, you are right that we should be aware that some are not that keen to take care but more like just WANTING it for the sake of wanting it. Anyways, I interviewed everyone, and not simply give her. I will let you guys know the happy story tomorrow! But i feel like keeping her for myself :(
