Hi, since ur poodle has dog tag with her, hope the founder will return it back to u sonnest possible. Unless that founder is dishonest. I got a real story from someone's blog that they also lost their shih tzu. Below is the stories...
"Few weeks passed, suddenly a middle age auntie visited my mom (my mom’s friend) and asked, “What is your dog name?” My mom curiously replied, “It is called Ben. Why did you ask?” The auntie said,”Ohh, last few weeks I have your dog. Your dog is very good. Eating all the leftover food from us but when my daughter decided to bath the dog, the dog ran away with a chain on his neck. When you find Ben, can you return the chain to me?” My mom asked calmly, “You know I lost my dog and I am searching for Ben almost every morning. Why you didn’t you tell me?” She replied,”That is a good breed, Tzi Tzu, a very expensive dog if you buy it. That is why I decided to keep it but now, if you see the chain, can you give it back to me?” My mom was speechless and sent her back."

Did u look for him everywhere thoroughly? I think she can't run far. After she run away, the 1st 24 hour is important, cos after tat, she can be anywhere. Some more she's not spayed & so friendly. There is so much danger out-there; cars, bad ppl, stray dogs...etc.

Gosh, I hope she meet kind ppl tat will bring her back to you....
