Phoenix was a teenage kitten who was the victim of a hit and run. The security guards witnessed him get hit by a car and called our teammate in the building for help.
Phoenix couldn't walk or eliminate his waste on his own. But miraculously, with intensive care, his situation improved greatly and Phoenix is now able to run and jump as well, but he needs help going to the bathroom and needs to be expressed every 6 hours. He wears a diaper to prevent accidents but is perfectly mobile!
Phoenix has also been defleaed, dewormed, vaccinated, neutered, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He's a lively, spunky boy who loves to be the center of the attention! He'll whine for food and for love. Phoenix is very trusting of people, and loves to be around them for pets and scritches. He's so loving and happy.
He is available as a solo cat or to a home with another cat, but will need proper integration. Learning how to express his bladder/bowels is not difficult, but it does require some advance planning in terms of timing through the day. Please reach out to us and we are happy to take you through his routine.
