Steve was a long-time community cat in the neighborhood who was found in pretty poor shape. He couldn't walk very well and his head was in a tilt, with bite marks, the most severe one being on his scrotum.
Thankfully, we found out that his seemingly neurological conditions were due to a totally fixable ear infection. After getting his ear properly cleaned out while sedated and a few days of hospitalization, his head tilt went away and he has no more issues with walking either. His bite wounds were also stitched up and disinfected, and he will recover fully from everything!
Steve has been defleaed, dewormed, neutered, and tested positive for FIV, though negative for FeLV. It means that his immune system is suppressed, but FIV is only transmittable through mating and fighting, so as long as he's in a household with other sterilized cats after a proper integration period, FIV does not pose a threat at all. He will be vaccinated before adoption.
Steve is a vocal, chatty and outgoing boy who's learning to adapt indoors. He's already discovered some soft blankets and toys! He's a young cat with a long life ahead of him. He's available as a solo cat or to a home with other cats. He also gets along very well with the toddler and the teenage kittens in his foster home.

We do have a short application process. We insist that all cats adopted from us be indoor cats and spayed/neutered when old enough.
