Bella was one of our TNR (trap-neuter-return) cats from 3 years ago. She managed to stick around and become friendlier and friendlier over time, and we finally brought her indoors! Thankfully, Bella decided she loved being indoors immediately. She was super affectionate to her rescuer and foster mama, and she even gets along well with the other cats in the household.
Bella has been defleaed, dewormed, vaccinated and spayed, and she tested positive for FIV, negative for FeLV. FIV is a virus that suppresses the immune system. Bella at the moment has no symptoms. With her remaining indoors, good food, adequate hydration and vet check-ups once a year which all cats should be getting, FIV cats can live very long lives, and often the full life span of a cat of 20 years. FIV can only transmit through mating or fighting (deep puncture wounds), but since Bella is spayed and enjoys the company of other cats, she can still live with other cats without the fear of transmitting FIV.
This little petite lady would love to be a part of your home! She's initially a bit bashful, but warms up quickly and loves to head bunt you and purr loudly. Will you be her family? She's available as a solo cat or to homes with another cat as well, as she does great with other cats!
