SharkAid Singapore 2012

Organised by Shark Savers Singapore and ACRES, SharkAid is the first in a series of free public concerts to be held around the world with the aim of raising awareness about shark conservation. Join our Roadshow for celebrity appearances, quizzes, games and great prizes!

SharkAid Singapore concert will be hosted by Hossan Leong, featuring a star-studded cast of local and international artistes including all-female modern jazz ensemble, Tessera, Sylvia Ratonal, Alicia Pan, Eli T, Darryl Yong, Juan Jackson, One Degree North, Andrew Lua & Petrina Kow, etc. Also look forward to seeing you favorite radio DJs, Ivy Tan, Yasminne Cheng among many others such as Laurence (F1 Power Boat Racer), Arren Quek (National Swimmer), Aaron Koh (Wrestler) who are in support of this campaign! ACRES

ACRES (Animal Concerns Research & Education Society) is a pioneering Singapore-based charity and Institution of Public Character, founded by Singaporeans in 2001 with the aim of promoting animal welfare.

ACRES has six focus areas: Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation, Wildlife Crime Investigation, Zoo Animal Welfare, Humane Education, Community Outreach and Promoting Cruelty-Free Living.
