Dear all,

When it rains it pours. Remember Scream, the dog that was screaming and rolling around on the roadside? He was treated at Gasing and vaccinated. Today he tested positive for distemper. We are sending him to Wawasan Vet for the distemper jab after which we need to find a place to keep him. To make matters worse a few of our other dogs Vio, Chanel, Jack, Victoria, Petey S, Pacco and Griffin have been exposed to Scream. We now need to give them the jabs as well as put them on the meds. It is about RM450 each dog for the jab and 2 weeks of medication. Please help.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
