你知道龟卵和鸟蛋之间有分别吗？龟卵壳是软而革质的，不像硬的鸟蛋壳。这可以避免在产卵时，龟卵因掉入卵坑而碎破。此外，由于卵坑是以沙制成，这也助于避免被产下的卵被打碎。

Did you know that turtle eggs are different from bird eggs? Unlike bird eggs, turtle eggs have a soft, leathery shell. This prevents them from shattering when they fall into the egg chamber during laying. Besides that, the egg chambers are made of sand, which further helps to cushion their fall.

Turtle Conservation Society

The Turtle Conservation Society of Malaysia was established in October 2011. The aim of the society is to bring about the recovery of depleted wild populations of turtles, with particular reference to freshwater turtles, in Malaysia through partnerships with like-minded organizations, individuals and local communities as well as through its own programs.
