We have three dogs still admitted at Gasing and three fat bills in addition to what is owed to them. Who are the three dogs?

1. Sunday – a three-legged and paralysed dog we rescued in 2016. He has a bacterial infection in the stomach which made him poo and vomit blood.

2. Goldie was a dumped golden retriever found with a huge mammary gland tumours. Here is an update on her:

The vet only managed to remove one mammary tumor during the surgery as they couldn’t get enough skin to stitch it back if they removed the second tumor. She is ready needs to go for the second surgery after a month. Her bill till today is RM3500.

3. Koun – was found sitting at the same place for days after a car knocked him down. Paralysed and has severe wounds.

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better

Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better is a canine welfare programme initiated by non-profit organisation Community Development and Integration Initiative (CDII).

MDDB's main activities revolve around rescuing dogs from the local council pounds as well as off the streets. Once they have been rescued, the dogs are vaccinated and neutered before being put up for adoption.
