On 3 January 2025, Nur Syahmina, one of our Suara Bumi Top 5 finalists, proudly launched the Hornbill Corner at SMK Seri Perak, Parit Buntar! 🦅🌳

This inspiring initiative aims to raise awareness about hornbills and their habitats, encouraging high school students to play a role in conserving these majestic birds.

The Hornbill Corner features vibrant student and school faculty artwork, and informative posters, creating a dynamic space for ongoing education and appreciation. 🎨📚

Suara Bumi, a collaboration between Roots & Shoots Malaysia and Persatuan Pandu Puteri Malaysia (Girl Guides Association Malaysia) Cawangan Perak, continues to empower youth to champion biodiversity through innovative campaigns and action-based solutions. 💡🌍

A big thank you to Yayasan Hasanah and Kementerian Kewangan for supporting this program, in collaboration with The Habitat Foundation, as well as Dr. Agkillah Maniam and everyone who contributed to making this initiative possible.
