Meet Zeco, rescued yesterday. He was destined to be sold for slaughter. His natural mother remains at the dairy farm sadly and we are unable to rescue her at this time. A surrogate mother, whose calf died during birth, has now decided to nurse him as her own. One day, perhaps all creatures will be cared for with love and dignity.
