Dog in PD with wound under neck.

Hi, my name is Jackie. My husband and I came across this dog in Port Dickson just a few minutes ago while traveling to visit family. It looks injured (images and video attached). Its location is outside a restaurant called Jing Ji. Could someone in the vicinity please help take it to the vet urgently? The wounds look deep and infested. My husband and I are not from this area (we are from KL) and we traveled here by motorcycle so we are unable to do much to help this poor dog..

Please help.🙏🏼
