We’re thrilled to announce the renewed four-year partnership between WWF-Malaysia and Maybank dedicated to safeguarding Malayan tigers in the Belum-Temengor Forest Complex. With Maybank’s initial pledge of RM1.55 million for the first year, our alliance aims to tackle increasing conflicts between humans and tigers through on-the-ground protection, prey augmentation, and community engagement efforts. Our goal is to mitigate conflicts and ensure the long-term survival of Malayan tigers while restoring natural balance to the region’s forests.
