We have been feeding these puppies. We believed they have been living in this longkang since birth, the mama dog is smart enough to keep them in a safe place. We have once carried one of the puppies out of the longkang, but the puppy got panic and jumped right back in. The longkang is dry and clean, no water actively running. The mama dog is nearby with a gang of other dogs which we have been feeding as well. We know the puppies cannot stay in the longkang for long, but we are also concerned that bringing them out could be dangerous (might be attacked by other dogs or hit by cars). I myself already have 2 dogs and I am living in a condo.
