To the owner of vehicle’s licence plate of QCC6XX1 under the name of Mr Txxx.

We shouted to get you attention around 130pm today, but you didn’t respond. We didn’t manage to keep up with your speed. We just want to understand your plight, and why are you throwing these 6 puppies nearby our shelter.

Our shelter staff picked up these poor furbabies, and we would like to know what happens to their mother? Our staff agreed to pay for the spaying of the pups’ mother if you respond to us through WhatsApps at 012-8580628 during office hours.
