Love to see these happy photos from our long time partners in Serbia. Every month, many Harmony Fund monthly donors help to keep this beautiful shelter going for a population of about 750 dogs in total. The dogs live as naturally as possible at the shelter. They aren’t confined in cages, but instead allowed to run and play.
