Every Sunday, volunteer Claudia Filip spends her day at the Piatra Neamt dog pound in Romania where she cleans every kennel and feeds each dog with love. The dogs don’t get a great deal of care in this stark, neglectful environment. Claudia’s visits are of such comfort to them.
