Last month, many of you fell in love with this little darling named Mercy who was found, badly injured and starving, in the city of Houston. Well, look at her now! Mercy, now named Willa, is thriving in foster care under the umbrella of Ellies Legacy Animal Foundation. Her injured leg was not salvageable due to joint involvement and significant bone infection, but she is getting around wonderfully now and is on treatment for heartworm disease.
