SMUGGLED AND DUMPED: TALE OF TWO HEDGEHOGS

Someone who chose to keep two hedgehogs as illegal pets also decided to abandon them. Two hedgehogs were found wandering lost on 20th and 22nd June 2018 in Yishun Park.

We rescue abandoned illegal exotic wildlife in Singapore a little more often than we like / should. The worst part of rescuing these prohibited species is the lack of leads that can bring justice for these animals.

We need more people to end the illegal wildlife trade. If you have information pertaining to individuals keeping, breeding or selling prohibited wildlife, please speak up for the animals’ sake!
