Ekans the sunbeam snake was tangled in construction netting, and thanks to the workers at the excavation site who called for help, Ekans is free once again!

Sunbeam snakes burrow and it is likely this behaviour led to an entanglement. Ekans is the third sunbeam snake we have rescued from similar material.
