This cat was spotted by someone dragging itself pitifully in wet along Lorong Pitt, Georgetown.

A young student, Vernice immediately went to the cat’s rescued once she saw the appeal and had the cat sent to the vet.

Initial examination shown that the cat may suffer from broken spine and also internal injuries. For a detailed diagnosis, the vet will need to do further check up today.

The medical for the cat is estimated to be around RM50 per day (including medication) as quoted by Hope Veterinary Clinic.

We hope that the Public can help us in funding her medical bill since Vernice is just a student and could not afford to bear the bill herself.
