Felix cat sanctuary in Serbia has been chosen as SPCA International’s Shelter of the Week. Founder Danica Mirkovic runs this special refuge for cats who once lived such dreadful lives on the streets. She cares for them, body & soul, in the sanctuary she has developed which includes indoor and outdoor areas. All the cats roam free here.
