A good samaritan saved this female cat when he saw her trapped in a grill on the mid-span of Penang Bridge yesterday evening. She is now at SPCA. She was wearing the collar as shown in the photo and appears healthy. Do you know the owner – if so please contact us on 04 281 6559. Thank you.
